The role
Brought in as Frontend Lead to own the mobile front end for international logistics operations. Working fully remote from Miami, coordinating with engineering and product teams across Europe and the Americas — shipping production React Native across markets with very different operational realities.
What I led
- React Native mobile platform — architected and led development of the mobile layer used by operations teams across multiple international markets
- Cross-functional collaboration — bridged engineering with international stakeholders, translating complex logistics workflows into clean, usable interfaces
- Remote-first execution — delivered consistently across time zones without the overhead of a co-located team, proving that the right process beats physical proximity
